The document must clearly state the following:

The Government of Canada is requesting all travelers to present proof of a negative SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) test at the airline check-in counter, prior to boarding the flight back.
The document must clearly state the following: The date of the test, which must be performed 72 hours or less before the flight.
The test must be performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.
Proof of a negative test result.
Passenger’s full name and date of birth.
This applies to all travelers 5 years of age or older.
Full name and street address of the laboratory.

Cost: $3,300.00 Mexican pesos or its equivalent in US Dollars. Payable directly at the hospital.

You must present: Passport and copy of your airline ticket with flight departure date 1 week out or less from the date of the test.
4 hours with no food, alcoholic beverages or medication.
Results Delivery: Delivery of results will be within 24 hours of taking the test and will be both, in digital and printed format, as long as your test is done by 11:00 AM the day before.

Staff members have taken enhanced official COVID-19-related health and safety training, such as the proper procedures for use of masks and personal protecting gear and physical distancing awareness.
Increased cleaning schedules have been established in all public areas particularly oriented to areas of high-contacts: door handles and elevator buttons. Strictly following to physical distancing best practices.
Rooms are systematically cleaned and disinfected after every stay. Every room features an individual hygiene kit with mask and hand sanitizer for each guest.
